Booking & Stay Duration

Our minimum stay is typically 3 nights, though this may vary by property. We welcome long-term stays and offer a 20% discount for bookings of 30 days or more.

Yes, all our properties comply with local rental regulations. We provide assistance with city registration for long-term stays, including all necessary documentation and support.

Pricing & Fees

Tourist tax is included in our nightly rates for most properties. For stays longer than 30 days, different rules may apply. We will inform you of any additional costs before booking.

Our prices include utilities (water, electricity, heating), WiFi, and basic amenities. Bed linens and towels are provided. Some properties include additional amenities like Netflix or gym access.

Yes, we require a security deposit that varies by property (typically €200-500). This is fully refundable after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.

Check-in & Check-out

Most of our properties feature self check-in with smart locks. You will receive detailed instructions and access codes 24 hours before your arrival. We are always available via WhatsApp if you need assistance.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Check-in is typically from 3:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

Policies

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.

Pet policies vary by property. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet. Additional cleaning fees may apply.

No, parties and events are not permitted in any of our properties. We prioritize peaceful stays for all our guests and neighbors.
